Orders, when in stock, will be shipped the next working day.
Shipping costs are 9,95€.
Shipment in Belgium is free as from 90€.
Shipment costs to neighboring countries are 14,95€.
Quality of the products
To be sure of delivering high standard products, every item and especially the rackets are individually checked on visual flaws or scratches before they are sent. They are safely packed in multiple plastic and in a strong cardboard box.
If you notice any damage on the box, while delivered, make a note to the driver so we can hold them responsible.
Returns and refunds
You can return a product within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
Simply send us an email and we will provide you with a Return Form.
The product must be unused and with its original plastics still attached.
We recommend you to use a delivery service with track & trace.
Once the return is approved, you will be refunded within 3 days.

We need your information to be able to send you the ordered goods, to give you an invoice and guarantee you 2 years of warranty, safeguarding your privacy.

Payment runs through Mollie. We don’t see your bank details.

When you contact us through email, we will store the conversation for later questions.

Who can access your details?
Next to us, we share your information with our logistic partner to deliver the goods to you. Never, your details will be shared or sold to other parties.

How long do we save your info?
We keep your information to be at your service for future requests. This at least 5 years. If you would not like this, you can delete your information by simply requesting this through an email at sales@hookedonpadel.com, together with a copy of your ID.

How do we analyse your presence on our website?
As every website we use cookies to make the website easy to use. Also, we analyse, anonymously, your visit of the website to see what we can improve to make the visit more comfortable.
Your rights
You have the right to see the information we hold on you and to change or delete them. You can do this by simply requesting this through an email at sales@hookedonpadel.com, together with a copy of your ID.
